What Causes Heaviness In The Head?

I have been having a headache for the past three weeks which only get better by the use of pain killers I feel heavy on the right side of my head . I have been to my Doctor and waiting for a ct scan , I have no other symptoms such as nausea or dizziness . I am worried what can this be . I have also been to a&e and they told me it is tension headaches. I do not normally have headaches, my periods is also early . Please help

First tell me how much old you are. First go for the vision check up.sometimes reduced vision case cause headache. Maintain the proper sleep At least 7 to 8 hours and you can take paracetamol or diclofenac sodium for the symptomatic relief.
