What Causes Heaviness In The Chest And Difficult Breathing?
I'm 15 & I've been getting this lately ever since 5th grade i think? I had asthma but it wasn't bad. The problem is, whenever I run or do something energetic I always get really weary and tired. Then during running the mile, I have to stop and get a gasp of air for while. I sometimes feel like I'm dying. My chest feels heavy and it feels like something is blocking my lungs.
