What Causes Heaviness In Head, Blockage In Ears And Giddiness?

My spouse 30 yrs old is having not feeling well since the last 4 - 5 days , head seems to be heavy , ears have a blocked feeling , feeling guidiness and almost fell down twice. Has low B P, can you advise how to go about it. Also has a improper stomach feeling.

I am Dr. Jaydeep and i am glad to assist you.
Your spouse seems to be having weakness and hypotension. One of the common causes of that in her age can be attributed to anemia. How's her period ? If she is bleeding heavily, that might be one of the causes of her possible Anemia.
Even intestinal parasites such as hook worm, can lead to anemia by causing fecal occult blood loss. So i will advise you to give her Tab. Albendazole 400 mg just once, preferably before sleeping. Also get her CBC ( Complete Blood Count ) done, and if the hemoglobin is low, then you can modify her diet. Give her more iron rich foods.
If her Hemoglobin is lower than 10 mg/dL, i will advise you to give her Syp. Carfol-z / or any other iron syrup you prefer. This will help her with her weakness.
