Understanding your concern. As per your query heaviness in ear along with pain in jaws while movement of oral cavity are probably due to your TMJ problem. It could be due to TMJ dislocation, Misalignment of teeth, Stress and anxiety, Arthritis, Problem related to disc present in TMJ . It could be due to other factors such as blockage of sinuses, sinusitis, ear wax and ear infection as well. I would suggest you to consult oral surgeon first for proper evaluation of TMJ. Oral surgeon may refer you to orthodontist for proper alignment of teeth. Doctor may order CT scan and MRI for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant and prescribe medicine to reduce stress , give night guard and anxiety. If the problem is not related to TMJ the consult ENT specialist again to check for problem like sinusitis.
