What Causes Heaviness In Chest Along With Back Ache?

I ve been checked out and cardiac issues were ruled out due to blood test and stress test but my chest feels very heavy and uncomfortable . My family has history of heart issues . Tried Prilosec and heartburn meds . Not much relief . I feel very run down and today I have a bad back ache and chest uncomfortable . Only thing left to do was a heart cath . Dr . Said g I issues possibly . Any thoughts

I can understand your concern regarding to your health.

I have seen number patients with same complain in my clinic as an emergency case. So, I strongly recommend you to for an opinion of Cardiologist to rule cardiac problem in priority. So don’t wait for consultation. If it is not cardiac problem, then you can think that it is all about GI issues.

Till that time, I recommend you Tablet-Disprin (if no allergy), 1 tablet dissolving in half glass (100 ml) of water and Capsule-Pan-D (if no allergy), once in a day at the interval of 24 hours before 15 minutes of meal. Take complete rest till the consultation.

After doing these I hope you will get well sooner and further queries are always welcome.
