What Causes Heaviness And Pain In The Eyes After A Head Injury?

Hi Doctor, I just couple of day back fell down and banged my head (little above forehead) on a cement surface and since then I am not feeling comfortable with my eyes, there is a certain heaviness in my eyes and little pain also. While driving last night sudden high beam of headlight also caused pain in the forehead. Please suggest what should be my further course of action. Vision seems normal to me.
