What Causes Heat Sensation Around Waist While Suffering From Irregular Periods?
I have been feeling heat around my waist and I find it difficult to enjoy sexual intercourse its either its painful or i feel nothing at all. and I have a problem with my periods. They are irregular. And sometimes I feel the is something living inside me like a parasite. I can feel it moving. I am not pregnant. What could be causing that?

The presentation can occur witb a few abnormalities of the reproductive system like ovarian cysts, tumors, etc. I would recommend an ultrasound of the region and a gynecologist visit for better clarity.
