Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. It's a gastritis. Avoid hot, spicy, oily and fatty meals. Have multiple small meals instead of heavy meals. Don't lie down immediately after meals instead have a walk for sometime. avoid smoking and drinking if any. Take Tab Pantop once a day before breakfast.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
