What Causes Heart Pounding After Undergoing Triple Bypass Surgery?

yes. I have heart problems and have had a triple by pass and other procedures. I am on at least 10 or 11 prescription drugs. I have not felt well for several weeks. I feel short winded and weak. I spent a day and night in the emergency room 2 weeks ago. My medicine was increased and I was sent home. My question is how dangerous is it when I can hear my heart beating and at times pounding in my ears? I have taken Nitro several times this week.

I really appreciate your concern, with the cardiac disease and if is CABG done then certain nonspecific symptoms mostly related with stress and anxiety are very likely and these may not be due to cardiac coronary artery related symptoms so just try to come out of this and stop worrying hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
