What Causes Heart Palpitations?
I started having heart palpations about ten months ago, seen a cardiologist and he did a echocardiogram and had me wear a heart monitor for 24 hr, he found nothing wrong just said I had extra heart beats but it wasn t bad enough to treat. It drives me crazy not knowing how to fix the problem, it s very scary at times. Any ideas?

Thank you for posting the question. I can understand your concern. See, palpitations can be due to a lot of reasons . Your doctor has done ECG , ECHO. and even a Holter Monitor.Since you have not posted or attatched any report, I assume if your doctor had found anything alarming , he would have informed you. Do not worry much. If you panic, it will take your heart rate up only . Consult your doctor 6 monthly. Feel free to post any other question.
