What Causes Heart Palpitations?

I have had three episodes where I feel my heart flutter and I almost pass out. The first two times I just thought I was tired but yesterday I could not hear anything around me and just as I was about to ask for help it stopped. I am a 52 yr old female in good health.

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you had episodes of heart palpitation.
This requires examination to rule out conditions like high blood pressure and atrial fibrillation.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
