What Causes Heart Palpitations With Sweating?
for approximately 20 minutes this morning my heart was beating very hard and fast. my pulse ranged between 130 and 210 which occurred during minimal activity. I began to get pale and extremely sweaty. I laid down and it took about 20 minutes before it began to beat regular. This happens every few months. What could be the cause?

palpitation and sweating will occur normally after a vigorous physical activity.
but as your pulse reading shows abnormal rate.
in following condition pulse rate will be increased abnormally
high blood pressure,blood vessel abnormality (aorta regurgitation),congenital heart disease,anxiety,stress and in systemic diseases like hyperthyroidism, cardiac asthma.
kindly do thyroid profile,ECG,ECHO, chest X ray to rule out the cause for the abnormality.
