What Causes Heart Palpitations While ECG And ECHO Reports Are Normal?

Hi, i am 25 years old, i really wanna know why my heart always pounding, i mean it beats really fast, whenever i woke up in the morning ang even after a nap on the afternoon.. when i was in college i also experience palpitations, but now i noticed that its happening almost everyday, as in every waking time. 2years ago i undergo ECG and 2D Echo, And the doctor said its normal. But until now its still like that and happens everyday. I think its not normal. Hope you can help me with this matter and would be very much appreciate your help. thank you Monica

I am sorry about your condition..
1)Get your thyroid,adrenal gland's functional status checked.
2)Palpitations in your case,may also be related to anxiety,autonomic imbalance etc..Needs thorough evaluation to find the one of the multiple causes for palpitations
