What Causes Heart Palpitations During Pregnancy?

I am roughly 3 weeks out from a stillbirth/miscarriage at 18 weeks gestation. I also have chronic high blood pressure which is being controlled by Labetalol. The last 24 hrs or so I have been having a very woozy/dizzy headed feeling and occasional heart palpitations. Im having no chest pain, pressure or sshortness of breath.

Hi, I have gone through your question. Dizziness and palpitations can be due to some heart disease or may be due to hypotension caused by antihypertensives. It is not related to the termination of pregnancy you had earlier. Usually, the blood pressure decreases abruptly after delivery, and thus the dose of antihypertensives need to be decreased.
I would suggest you to consult a physician to get properly examined, investigated and treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
