What Causes Heart Palpitations And Heart Murmur In A Teenaged Girl?

my 15 year old daughter had a ECG. Results are sinus rhythm/RAD

left atrial abnormality and incomplete right bundle branch block. She is scheduled for an echo in a few days. She had the ECG due to palpitations, a murmur and to rule out Marfans. She is tall, thin and has 40 degree scoliosis. Does the ECG results give a clue as to what is going on? Thank you

Hi,
This is Dr Sameer.
Right bundle branch in a child with murmer could be a septum defect (hole in heart) with associated pulmonary hypertension. Detailed diagnosis could be made only after the echo report. So wait for its report.
Thanks
