What Causes Heart Palpitations And Burning Sensation In Neck And Shoulder?

I am a female and 55 years old. 9 Years ago I had a total hysterectomy. My doctor put me on HRT but it resulted in breast sists which they had to take care of. I stopped completely with the HRT. But as a result of all the affects of menopause my gynecologist put me on a Estrogen gel a year ago. It definitely helps for the hot flushes. I m also suffering from hypertension and are on medication for years now. Lately I am always extremely tired, can t sleep, get heart palpitations during the night and my blood pressure rise towards the evening. That resulted in a burning sensations at the back of neck and shoulders. What could be the problem with me?

HI
Thank for asking to the HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this is the functional condition that you might be developing and in my opinion better to keep the anxiety and depression level very low and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
