What Causes Heart Palpitation And Nausea After Blood Donation?

hi i m a 23 female and i weigh 111-112. i donated blood today and was fine until after i left. i went upstairs to my job and i felt like my heart was beating out of my chest. i passed out and threw up. All for the rest of the day i m been feeling off, my chest hurts almost like a tightness and i feel short of breath from just walking.
