What Causes Heart Enlargement?

Hello Doc, My x-ray result says I have an enlarged heart but my ECG result is normal. I feel chest pain often but have not feel irregularities in breathing. I do exercise 2x a week with my thread mill and my speed is 6.5 at 2.5 km. Do I have to worry with my heart enlargement? Thanks in advance for your consultation.

You should get a 2D ECHO by consulting your cardiologist to rule out organic heart diseases..NORMAL ECG may not always rule out heart diseases...also get lipid profile...
