What Causes Heart Beat Sound In Right Ear?

when I wake up I can here my heart beat and it sounds like a very loud BOOMP_WHOOOSH, BOOMP-WHOOOOSH,BOOMP _ WHOOOSH, ECT,ECT,ECT. I sleep fetal on my right side and the right ear is where the noise is coming from.What is causing this and can i get it fixed,??SCARYj

If you are hearing this noise in the ear, it is possible that you are suffering from a few things :
Hypertension.
Gomus jugulare tumor in the ear.
You need to undergo MRI and arteriography studies and surgery if it is present.
