What Causes Hearing Loss Upon Infusion Of Flu Shot?

I lost my hearing in my right ear a day after I got the flu shot three months ago in Oct 15 --- have rushing sound only --- been to Boston to Mass Eye and Eye --- put on steroids etc. ---did not help --need to know if the hearing and vertigo will ever go away

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pure hearing loss then underlying cause of this need to be known if this is due to viral infection then no need to have any medicine for this and it will be alright on its own may take some time, if the condition long last then it has to be investigated for some other causes hope this information helps.
