What Causes Headaches,dizziness And Tingling Sensation In Face?

im 26 f my doc recently put me on bp meds i used my mother machine to check my bp my bp is 147/93 i have an ongoing head ache for about a week my face has tingling sensation for 3days my sugar was 97 and im dissy my right eye hurts and my hands are sweety should i go to the er?

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

1) Your blood pressure is high (Normal 120/80 mm/hg) so you need strict diet control (decrease salt intake,avoid fatty food and smoking if you do ) , regular exercise and proper follow up .

2) This headache, tingling on face with right eyes pain can be due to high blood pressure or due to migraine headache.

But your age and female sex is going in favor of migraine.

No need to worry , you will be fine soon.

Please give me detail history of your headache-

Increases with light or not
Increases with sound
Relief after sleeping or not
Other factors that increases severity and frequency of headache

This history will be very helpful for further management.
