What Causes Headaches?
my uncle is having spondelitis. he is having regular headache and always feeling giddy. he met a neurologist and he suggested the CT scan. He got the CT scan done but no signigicant issue though the doctor suspected a very small blood clot or something like this. Could you please suggest the possible reason and best doctor in meerut.

I have noted your uncle's symptoms.
His symptoms are suggestive of migraine with vertigo. Normal CT scan is a good news, as it rules out major brain diseases, such as blood clots, tumors and infections.
He would benefit from medications such as beta blockers for migraine and betahistine tablets for giddiness.
We should also exclude vitamin B12 deficiency and anemia bu doing appropriate blood tests.
He can be shown to good neurologists in Lucknow or New Delhi.
