Hi welcome to HCM.... Here if anemia present in your CBC report than it can lead headache ... For which if needed iron supplement given .. Second if history suggestive toward thyroid problem than investigated with serum tsh estimation.... Check your refractive error also and accordingly spectacles wear if needed ... If you have chronic sinusitis problem than reffered headache can be there ...PNS x ray will be useful for its diagnosis .... Otological and teeth examination also done to rule out reffered headache ... Hypertension should also be ruled out . Depending on cause treatment guided Advise : consult physician for detail history and examination... Take care
