What Causes Headaches With Elevated Body Temperature?

What is something rare that causes symptoms like Head ache, High temp can t get down, and is not detected by blood test or X-Rays? One of my client s is in Florida and was going to fish for Memorial Day and ended up in Hospital and Doctors are at a loss for what it is. Is there anything new happening lately besides the kissing bug etc?

@ Presence of elevated body temperature indicates underlying inflammatory
response of the body due to variety of conditions , head ache is the part
