Welcome to Health care magic.

1.History suggest increased intra cranial pressure.
2.Schizencephaly is a cortical malformation that manifests as a grey matter-lined cleft extending from the ependyma to the pia mater.
3.Its good to know the performance of the child with the pathology.
4.1cm cleft on the left size with normal brain parenchyma - is findings in schizencephaly.
5.For increased intracranial pressure first need to evaluate, the vascular causes, if there is no cause in brain , cardiac pathology need to be evaluate. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
