General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Consult a neurosurgeon. Pain will reduce after correction. Numbness is due to compression of nerves. Correction of stenosis will reduce all your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anusuya Ramesh
