What Causes Headaches, Neck Pain Along With Dizziness?
Hello sir, I (male 31yrs) have developed headaches and neckpain for about 6 months now. with changes in sleeping position, little neck excersises like chin tucks, it got controlled almost. but since a week I am feeling dizziness. I had already an MRI of brain and spine. Nothing evident came out. Can you pls advise.

Hai sir ,In spondylitis also neck pain wil be there go for mri of neck.after that go for the treatment.
