What Causes Headaches, Blurred Vision Ans Sensitivity To Bright Light?

I have very bad headaches and fall a lot overturning little things like medal in the floor I didnt see and I can remember clearly ages time my vision blurred out and bright lights hurt my head people complain they can't see my phone the brightness is so low and I remember the last eye test a took at school I was perfect on everything besides being able to find what shape the line was on it would be blurry and move and I'm only sixteen and they've been looking for nuero logical things wrong me but could be a vision thing like cone rod dystrophy. I happened to be reading setting and it caught my attention

Without presuming your eye should be subjected to complete eye test. Fund us refraction ,light adaptation , dark adaptation and col vision test should be done.After these examination diagnosis and treatment is easy.
