What Causes Headaches And Tingling Sensation In The Feet?

I was shopping while in like I ripped open a small bag of popcorn with my eye tooth .. the lady in front of me laughed I laughed the small piece of the could bag was still in my mouth. It became logged I was choking coughing like crazy. No one noticed I was in distress unti this one gentleman from the next isle came over and asked me if I was ok . I shook my head just then as I was coughing if cam up. Scared me bad ! This just happened now I do t feel well .. headache fingers and feet are tingling. Is something wrong with me ??

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
Causes of your difficulties may be neuropathy or ischemic issues. Neuropathic are seen in diabetics or injury of spine nerves.
If this is not your case then these symptoms are indicating circulatory problems in legs which are common in this age and there may be present atherosclerosis that obstructs blood vessels and causes pain and blisters to form.
You should do Doppler ultrasound of the leg or CT angiography to rule out such obstructive changes and then it can be treated properly by medications or by surgical and radiological procedures. ALso, you should have Aspirine 100mg and have elastic stockings applied, and should avoid cold environment and long walks.
In most cases it can be managed with medications but sometimes surgery may be required in severe cases.
