What Causes Headaches And Fizziness After A Fall?

On Nov 14,2014, I slipped on ice and fell backwards hitting upper part of the back of my head very hard. I didn't lose consciousness, experienced no vomiting and basically was surprised that I only had a minor headache which was of short duration. I didn't seek treatment and felt fine overall. About 4-5 days ago, I started noticing a feeling of mild headache with a sense of fuzziness and a vague sensations of interrupted memory. I am assuming that this could be post-concussion syndrome....? Please comment. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HMC
Head injury should never be under estimated in any circumstances and so why all the head injury cases being kept under the observation for 48 hours because anything could happen during this time period, if you have some CNS related symptoms then this need to be investigated for cerebral injury, and it is advisable to get done the CT of brain, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
