Hi, thank you for your query at Healthcare Magic,

I have read your description and understand your concern. You may have a post-traumatic headache.
Post-traumatic headache (PTH) is a common complaint. Complaints of tension in the head that spread to the neck is the most common condition in PTH cases. Approximately 85% of total PTH cases complain of this condition.

To overcome this following, there are several treatments that can be done:
1. Using painkillers such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen
2. Using drugs from the class of antidepressants, can be combined also with beta-blocker drugs.
3. Doing relaxation exercises and stress management
4. Get enough rest, nutrition, and fluid
5. Do light aerobic exercise (roads, static bikes, etc.) on a regular basis.

Please note that you should check yourself first to the neurologist to ensure the cause of your headache. Especially if you have any of these conditions:
1. Fainted
2. Vomit
3. Limb paralysis (one side / bilateral)
4. Seizures
5. Blurry vision, etc.

Your doctor may recommend a CT scan. If other causes are found such as swelling, inflammation, infection, or bleeding, then the cause should be treated first. The use of any medications should be under the supervision of a doctor for optimal results and the side effects of the drug can be minimized.

Thank you and hope you get better soon.
