Dear doctor, My girl frnd swallow my sperm..i really don t know what i was doing at that time.. she swallowed and my sperm entered into her nose also.. after that she s having cold..headache..ect.. i want to know the problem behind that... kindly let us know the problem... Thank you, Riyaz

As such semen swallowing lead no side effect ...

But before practising such habit your partner should be screened and tested for STD ...

If not tested than ideally for that also barrier method used ...

You can have temporary viral infection...
Symptomatic management done for few days .
More water . .
Salt water gargles ....
Benadryl like decongestent taken...

But if your partner is at high risk and if your symptom increasing throat swab taken for culture and serological testing can be done for rule out STDs..
