What Causes Headache?

last Thursday went to a general teeth clearing in 2 years, Friday got a mild mild headache, I thought stress from the dental visit. but I never have had headache cause by stress before, Sunday the headache got worse, I take a anti- inflammatory capsules(diclofenac-Sodium Dual), my headache gone quickly, I took the medicine Monday , Tuesday, but now I run out medicine, my headache is mild, I keep use salt water rinse my mouth. Do I need do to see dausesoctor?

As you describe it appears to be the infection due to tooth manipulation.
I advise you to consult your dentist for diagnosis and treatment.
i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, diclofenac , and paracetamol.
