What Causes Headache, Yellow Eyes And Dizziness?

I have a throbing headache for 2 days now and i smell blood even though i'm not bleeding. My eyes look yellowish in the morning and as the day progresses they look like i've been crying. I'm also dizzy and get confused at times when this happens. Please help!

may be symptom of migraine. take naproxen sodium 500 mg when headache occurs. if it recurres every time or at least 5 times a month you have to take medications prophylactically
