What Causes Headache With Metallic Taste In Mouth?
I have a metallic taste in my mouth along with headaches, dizziness and loss of appetite. I was told it was a sinus infection after An ct scan was done And was given two types of antibiotics, over two weeks ago, however the symptoms are still present

Looking at your history it could be due to an allergic reaction
recurrence of infection or resistance to antibiotics
In my opinion you should visit a ENT surgeon for culture of the sinus discharge or a surgery like FESS
you can take steam inhalation 3 to 4 times a day
Or an steroidal nasal spray to reduce inflammation under supervision of your doctor
