What Causes Headache, Vomiting And Dizziness?
Hi I have been having a horrible headache for 3 days now and wakes me up at night and seems to be increasing in pain and am now feeling nauseous and dizzy when standing up and feels like there s press and a throbbing off and on and when I ture my neck to the right or left pain increases

in my opinion you should visit neurologist.
also get checked for refractive errors and fundoscopy.
your further treatment depend upon cause of the pain .
in the meantime please take painkillers for relief.
