What Causes Headache, Runny Nose, Stomach Ache And Vomiting?
So I started coming down with a cold two days ago and yesterday I bought cold and flu tablets. I don t have a sore throat or anything, just a massive headache and extremely runny nose. Today I feel so sick in my stomach and I feel like I need to vomit - I am struggling to eat my breakfast. Is this usual with a cold or should I be concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be suggestive of viral infection if this is so then you need to wait for few days or even a week to come around till the have bed rest and symptomatic medicine can be tried, "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg" for pain and fever, and "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" for vomiting stomach discomfort once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
