What Causes Headache, Nausea, Joint Pain, Night Sweats And Severe Indigestion?

Yes, I am always very healthy, typically only go to the physician for wellness check. For the last week I have the following symptoms, Headache (moderate to severe) Achy joints Nausea no vomiting or change in bowel pattern Severe indigestion, loosing small amount of weight due to inability to eat. No energy, I have tried to lay down most of today to try to get better but no improvement. I did experience night sweats earlier in the week.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have a viral illness that is causing your symptoms. Viral illnesses can cause headaches, joint or muscle pain along with the nausea that you mentioned.

In most cases only symptomatic treatment is needed meaning medication to address specific symptoms eg(1) paracetamol or tylenol to treat the headaches and pain
If there is any fever or chills , this would also help reduce the temperature

(2)pepcid or peptobismol for the gastrointestinal symptoms

If there is no improvement in symptoms or worsening then you may need to see your doctor for assessment so that the likely specific infection can be identified.

I hope this helps
