HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If your tubes are tied then it is not likely, failure of tubal ligation or tie is not common.

The heartburn and nausea are likely linked to reflux.
Changing your diet and using reflux medication may help. Avoid spicy/acidic/fried/fatty foods.
Use small frequent meals rather than large meals.

Medications such as nexium, prilosec, prevacid, protonix , may help.

Headaches may be due to stress from the painful heartburn if they are tension headaches, if this not the case, then the cause of the headaches should be determined.

I hope this helps
