What Causes Headache Followed By Ringing In Ears, Dizziness And Nausea?

I am a 53 year old female. Last night I was watching tv and these symtoms happened all at once: head ache across forehead from temple to temple, both ears popped and instant loud ringing started, I got very dizzy and nauseas, tingling / fuzzy feeling all over, extreme pain in the back of my neck, body on fire inside and out. I was so hot, I undressed and put cold clothes on my body. I tried to hold my head down to stop the dizziness, but the neck pain was too much. So I laid on my bed and after 20 minutes, the symtoms started to lessen. I m not feeling right yet.

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
Those may be migraine attacks but you should exclude other pathologies that imitate those symptoms
First you need to check your blood pressure during those symptoms because it may be a little high
Second if it is high you should consult your doctor and start treatment
If blood pressure during symptoms is normal then you have to schedule a neurological examination because you may be suffering from vertigo or migraine attacks
Anyway I don't see reason to worry too much ,just monitor your blood pressure that's something which need treatment
Hope my answer will help you
Stay healthy
Best regards
