What Causes Headache During Periods?
Hi! I frequently have headache and specially during periods its uncontrolable And lasts till3 to 4 days.I used to have tablet called relief and was quite effective.but after my relocation to hyd I m nt able to get tht tablet.plz suggest some medicine to get relief of headache Similar to relief or equivalent.

I really appreciate your concern. Headache is common during menstruation in many women. You can have Paracetamol tablet for mild headache. For moderate to severe headache you can use tablet naproxen. Have plenty of fluids during menstruation and avoid oily diet. It can also help.
