What Causes Headache, Dizziness, Nausea And Neck Pain?

Having these symptoms every day: headache, dizziness, nausea, neck pain, eyes jerking when reading or trying to focus on something, occasional slurred speach/not being able to form words. Had these issues for 2yrs and doctors say there s nothing wrong. Just stress. I ve read about others dealing with same issues online. Please help!

Hi
thanks for asking HCM
I read your query and understand your consern
First you don't have reason to worry to much as you are suffering symptoms of chronic headache which is fully treatable
In my opinion you should use a combination of daily treatment (such as amitryptilin or propanolol or depachine ) and NSAID for some days (ibuprofen)
Discuss with your neurologist about my opinion
I think you will be fine after starting treatment
Wish you all the best
Stay healthy
Regards
