I get light headed and dizzy and sweaty, and started to black out. It was one of the worst times I have experienced this. I have been having severe headaches lately that last for a few days. I have occasional periods of black outs through out my life. I have also been anemic at time too through out my life. This time was just so servere. It lasted for about 3 minutes. I am not sure if it is realted to my headaches or not
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having headache, dizziness and sweating which comes in episodes of few minutes. My response to your question is as below.
These symptoms indicate episodes of transient ischemia. The common causes are hypotension, hypovolemia, anemia.... Since you are having anemia it may be the cause in your case. Hence blood tests like HB percentage are required to find out the severity of anemia and treatment accordingly depending on the cause for anemia.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly. Hope this answers your question. Do write back to me for further questions.
