What Causes Headache And Vomiting?

I know that the first meal of the day is very important, but i missed it today due to being late for work. So when i got to work i just had a cup of coffee and when i finished it my head started hurting really bad on both sides and i felt that i was going to vomit. So is got up and started walking, it went away for a bit but now it just hurts too much. what is wrong ?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Its just hypoglycemia induced headache. Take a shot of Paracetamol or Ibuprofen Tablet. Pain will disappear. But make sure you have food on time always.
