General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern. It is highly unlikely that your girlfriend may be pregnant, given that she has taken the morning after pill and had two negative pregnancy tests.
She is either having flu like symptoms or menstrual syndrome. Hydration and Tylenol may resolve her condition. However, if her symptoms continue, she need to be seen by a doctor for further investigation.

I hope this helps
Wishing you all the best.
