Understanding your concern. As per your query you have headache and stiffness in neck . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are either due to cervical spondolysis or bruxism . I would suggest you to apply warm compresses to neck and do light stretching exercises and try to make your self tension free and relax . Consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant and recoment particular type of exercises and physical therapy . Doctor may also refer you to dentist for bruxism , who may give night gurd and corrent the edefct like misalignment of dentition .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
