What Causes Headache And Dizziness With Tight Schedule And Less Sleep?

Hi Doctor! I used to have headache often, possibly due to my tight schedule in work, part time studies and lack of sleep (sleeping 4~5 hours only). Suddenly, I have had dizziness while I was driving last evening. What could be the causes? Thank you in advance.

Hi thanks for contacting health care magic.....

You are under very tight schedule ....
You are student probably as you are studying....

Lack of sleep , skipped meal can lead headache.....
Morever if excessive working on computer for study can lead tension headache...
Your dizziness could be by simple hypoglycemia by overwork and less meal....

Try to take at least 6 hour sleep....
Early in morning give 15 to 30 minute for exercise and yoga.
Take heavy breakfast and two time meals....
Try to regularise diet habit ....
For headache simple analgesic can be taken....

If repeated dizziness occurs then history taken and according to investigation done...
