What Causes Headache And Constant Cold?

Hi Dr. Rynne, for the last 24 hours i have had a headache and my body feels cold on the inside but normal on the outside. I ve had a blanket wrapped around me. when i step outside the heat feels good to me because again my body feels cold. Thanks Paulette

Hi there.

You could be coming down with a fever. Take Tablet Paracetamol or Acetaminophen 500mg twice a day. Do cold sponging to bring down the fever. Consume warm food and fluids.
