What Causes Headache Along With Dizziness In An Elderly Person?

Hi my husband is 72 years old. Weighs 110 lbs at 5 5 . He has a history of high blood pressure. He is complaining about a headache and feeling dizzy. Also the bloodvessels in both arms are showing like he is straining. I took his blood pressure and it is 90/50 is that to low.

what blood pressure projected is in lower side. exclude diabetes and go for hyper tensive profile. consult physician for advise on proper treatment and diet. he should take restricted salt in diet blood pressure you have taken is in lower side it should be proper ly checked by physician orthostatic and postural hypotention should be excluded.
