What Causes Head Rush, Heart Races, Constipation With Back And Chest Pain?

Hi, last Christmas I feinted for the first time in my life. It felt like I got a head rush as it happened, and I was bending over, and my doctor told my I had POTs. My blood pressure has always been lower than most people, normally 120/68 and when I make a movement, like standing up from my couch I get a head rush and my heart races. Lately I ve been constipated, since Christmas. My back aches and its getting worse, I ve also been having some chest pains when I lay down.
